This project should be completed in 365 days and include a 1-year warranty on all items. Background Information: Building 42 and Building 43 are on separate systems, the VA wants them on the same system as Building 31. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide chilled water from the building 31 primary chiller to serve Buildings 42 and 43, bypassing the existing chillers in 42 and 43 during normal operation.
