FEMA Region VI: Planar Video Wall Installation

This Request for Quotation is issued as an open market total small business set-aside under NAICS 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, for the RRCC Watch Video Wall Replacement requirement. The Government intends to issue one Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to the responsible small business quoter whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest total evaluated price. This acquisition will be conducted using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. The Government will not make tradeoffs between price and non-price factors. To be eligible for award, a quotation must be technically acceptable.
