MTC - Outdoor Welding Lab - Airport

This project consists of a pre-engineered metal building with a concrete masonry unit (CMU) base, metal wall panels, and a steel-grate mezzanine. The scope includes steel-grate stairs, an overhead crane, exhaust fans, extending the campus medium voltage power to the building, power distribution for welding stations, and lighting systems. Site work includes clearing, grading, and construction of a stormwater retention pond.
