(RFQ) Guilford Mackintosh Park Waterfront Improvements

Guilford County is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals for Design and Engineering Services for Guilford-Mackintosh Park Waterfront Improvements. The scope of this project is complete design and engineering to advance the waterfront revitalization vision into a fully designed, permitted, and buildable public recreation destination. Proposed improvements include waterfront amenities, accessible fishing opportunities, kayak access, a shelter, gathering spaces, play elements, and supporting site infrastructure. This bid would provide comprehensive services for schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, bidding assistance, and construction administration.
