Sealed Bids for the construction of Bridge Creek and College Park Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Contract 14.3 – College Park CIPP Lining will be received by City of Laurinburg, at City Hall, 303 W. Church Street, Room 221, Laurinburg, North Carolina 28352 until 2:00pm local time on September 1, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of approximately 30,700 LF of 8-inch through 18-inch cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
