NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received until 2 pm, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, in the office of Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management Department, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC 28208, for the construction of the Hal Marshall Center Roof Replacement Project which time and place Bids will be opened and read aloud. Single-prime, lump sum bids will be taken for construction as indicated in the bidding documents. Proposals must be made on standard forms furnished by the County. The project is located at 700 N.
