South Campus CDL Driver Training Facility

Piedmont Community College is soliciting letters of interest from qualified design firms to provide professional design services for the South Campus CDL Driver Training Facility. The project is primarily a civil/site development project. Services include programming, surveys, civil engineering, grading/drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utility coordination, pavement design, and construction documents. The selected firm shall serve as the Designer of Record and shall assemble any necessary subconsultants to provide all required disciplines. The project consists of a new 300’x300’ Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver Training Facility, including a paved driver training pad and associated site improvements. An optional pre-submittal site visit will be held on July 28 at 10:00 am at Piedmont Community College South Campus, 225 Crown Boulevard, Timberlake, NC. Attendance is not required but is encouraged.
