CSP RFP - Fowler, Hughes and Schuhmacher Halls Plumbing Riser Replacement - Texas A&M University

The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction is soliciting proposals through the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) process on behalf of Texas A&M University for the Fowler, Hughes and Schuhmacher Halls Plumbing Riser Replacement in College Station, Texas. This project will provide replacement of plumbing risers, exhaust ductwork, and associated restroom renovations across 157 restrooms in three multi-story residence halls.
