Church Street Pedestrian Plaza

The project consists of improvements to one (1) block of Church Street and Heritage Plaza that shall include but not be limited to demolition (brick crosswalks, granite curb, concrete curb, sidewalks, asphalt, etc.) the installation of new concrete crosswalk, concrete sidewalks, brick pavers, asphalt paving, concrete curb, granite curb, storm drainage inlets and piping, electrical conduit, low voltage lighting, and tree grates.
