South Campus Building S202 Ceiling Tile Replacement & Corridors Re-Painting

Partial demolition and replacement of existing ceiling tiles and grids per marked-up plans provided, verification/corrections as needed for existing above ceiling infrastructure and independent structural support for any non-compliant anchoring or support of IT cabling, HVAC ductwork, fire alarm devices, lighting, and any other miscellaneous concealed conditions for corrective work, Installation of new ceiling grid and tiles where marked on plans to re-align with existing HVAC and lighting already in place, which may need additional support.
