Fire Sprinkler, Alarm, & Suppression Equipment Inspection, Maintenance, & Repair Services

The Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas and provides regional water, wastewater, and other services to the greater Denton County Area. UTRWD is currently seeking proposals/bids for the provision of: Fire Sprinkler, Alarm, and Suppression Equipment Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services at multiple locations. Upon award, UTRWD is seeking a one (1) year contract with four (4) consecutive one (1) year options to renew that may be awarded to the most successful bidder(s). Tentatively, the beginning date of these contracts will be January 2027.
