Genesis Hall Health and Wellness Center Renovations and Repairs

The renovation of the Student Health and Wellness Center’s portion of Genesis Hall. The project includes a demolition phase of select existing walls and ceilings, the redesigning of the floorplan, adding a roof-top HVAC unit to include curb, concrete work related to modifying an existing ADA curb, restroom renovation, fire alarm re-work, new lighting, receptacles, flooring, and finishes per the project documents.
