INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single firm-fixed-price contract for the design-bid-build EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades and Data Center Construction project at the Gainesville VA Medical Center located at 1601 Southwest Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The scope of this project is to replace all data infrastructure across the Gainesville VAMC and to build a new data center to support that upgraded system. The data center building will be one story, and the footprint will be approximately 3,931 SF at the location of temporary trailer 11, which will be demolished as part of this project.
