Multi-Domain Cyber & Intel Operations Center, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District, on behalf of the Department of the Air Force (DAF), is issuing this solicitation announcement to identify a Design-Build (DB) team for a new Multi-Domain Cyber & Intel Operations Center (MDCIOC) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Lackland AFB, Texas. The proposed project involves the design and construction of an approximately 600,000-square-foot, multi-story facility to consolidate the 16th Air Force's Information Warfare workforce. The new center will be a state-of-the-art, 24/7 facility designed to the highest security and technical standards, including ICD 705. The project will house over 3,000 personnel and support global cyberspace operations, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR).
