Renovation of Building for Nursing / Allied Health

The project will renovate the two-story building to create specialized laboratories for nursing, biology, general classrooms and selected administrative and support office spaces will be developed. The building will be reduced to its exterior framework and load-bearing structural elements, allowing for a comprehensive renovation of all major building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and IT infrastructure.
