The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking a qualified engineering firm experienced in the repair and rehabilitation of gravity sewer infrastructure using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and related trenchless technologies. This repair and rehabilitation work may include, but not be limited to, condition assessment, planning, design, preparation of bid documents and bidding assistance, construction administration and observation, and surveying.

The project involves comprehensive replacement and upgrade of the building¿s HVAC systems, including wall-hung and rooftop air conditioning units, furnaces, fan coil units, heat pumps, and ceiling-mounted water source heat pumps, with reuse of existing ductwork where feasible.
