The City of Raleigh Public Utilities Department is requesting proposals for Liquid Oxygen Supply and Equipment Lease for Ozone Production at the EM Johnson Water Treatment Plant.

Cary is seeking bids from qualified firms for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of Optimist Farm Road Water Main Extension and Interconnect (TOC Project #WT1300). The project is located in the north mainland district in Glynn County, Brunswick, Georgia and requires crossing a high traffic GDOT roadway (Highway 99). The City is currently evaluating opportunities to support catalytic projects that advance affordable housing production, neighborhood revitalization, economic development, and broader community development priorities. Through this Request for Information (RFI), the City seeks to gauge market interest, identify potential eligible projects, better understand financing needs and development barriers, support pipeline development, and inform ongoing program operationalization and underwriting considerations. The Town of Tabor City has received a Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) award in the amount of $693,773 by the North Carolina Department of Commerce (NCDOC) Rural Economic Development Division (REDD) for the 2025 CDBG-NR Project which includes 4 housing units to be rehabilitated/reconstructed throughout Town. The existing water supply lines at River Forks Park & Campground, managed by Hall County and owned by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, have deteriorated beyond their useful lives and are in need of replacement. There will be approximately 14,000 linear feet of water lines to be replaced, which will include various valves, shutoffs, and other plumbing equipment. The awarded contractor shall also install tracer tape and wire.

The primary purpose of this project is to renovate the ballfield skinned area and convert sideline warning tracks to natural turf to improve field drainage and playability following inclement weather. Durham Public Schools (DPS) is seeking a qualified contractor to establish a comprehensive life-safety compliance baseline for non-sprinklered elementary schools through the inspection, inventory, documentation, reporting, and limited repair of fire-rated life safety systems. The project includes 20 facilities, divided into two increments (Increment 1/Increment 2) of 10 schools each, and includes fire-rated doors, smoke-rated doors, fire and smoke dampers, firestop systems, penetration seals, and other fire-resistancerated barrier assemblies. It is intended that the scope for both Increment 1 and Increment 2 run concurrently to maximize the district’s response to safety related repairs.

Scope of Work: The project scope of work consists of installing sports lighting for soccer fields 2 & 3 on the UC Jesse Helms Park and their appurtenances. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and performing all operations, including trenching, backfilling, cutting, channeling, chasing and patching necessary for the installation of complete wiring systems in strict accordance with division 26 of these specifications, and the applicable drawings, instructions to bidders, general conditions, and division one, general requirements.
